Try to keep a daily workout and intake journal. By doing this you can keep track of what you are eating and what type of workouts you are doing. It's very important to monitor your intake in order to know exactly what you have eaten each day. We live busy lives and we will not always remember our daily intake. This will help you to remember what body part you have worked and how many reps you have done.
